Inspection Department:

Realco's Inspection Department is well equiped with all the standard measuring devices to maintain our in-process inspections which are followed up by final inspection.

Gerald Smith, who had 22 years experience as a Toolmaker before becoming Realco's full-time Inspector in 1994, performs all final inspections.

Quality Control System:

Realco Diversified, Inc. was registered to the ISO 9001:1994 standard on January 25, 2002. On December 13, 2003, BVQi approved our system to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. In spring 2005 Realco did not re-register with BVQi, however all the systems that have been implemented during our registry are still in place to continue to ensure Realco’s commitment to quality and Customer Satisfaction.

REALCO’S SCOPE:
Design and manufacture of Plastic Injection molds and the Plastic Injection molding of Parts for the Automotive, Electronics and Consumer Goods Industries using Customer Supplied Product Designs.
