In October, 1979, Raymond Coon and his brother established Realco Tool & Die, Inc. in a 2-car garage. After three expansion moves to larger facilities and renamed Realco Diversified, Inc., it now supports 20-25 employees, occupying 18,000 sq.ft. of leased floor space in an industrial complex.

Today, Raymond Coon (President), Gordon Coon (Vice President), Tina Learn (Treasurer), and Melanie McKay (Corp. Secretary) as co-owners, along with Jarrod McKay (Sales & Customer Relations) share the responsibility maintaining Realco’s reputation for commitment to customer satisfaction.
